most of the time i do it because its silly and pisses people off but sometimes i do it because im actually incapable of consuming media like a normal person. i will not tell you which times it is go figure
GC: i like to take a kind of. more "narrative" view of the classpects, indicated by tropes/archetypes and built for characters rather than determined by personality
GC: i think the two are linked on *some* level but the connection isnt really strong enough to make statements like "breath players are so chill and cool"
GC: especially with how drastically the character's relationship with their aspect (their class) can vary
GC: one thing i really like is seeing all the different interpretations of classpects, so aside from the more mainstream theories (optimisticDuelist for example) i also shoot my beams at other classpecting posts scattered about, notably OPacifica's Aspect/Class Theory Essay which i think is a very cool alternative view that made very cool points
GC: hard believer in the theory/hc that kris depends on the player because theyre such a failgirl at fitting in. so, by giving up control over their identity, they have someone else who can Make good decisions
GC: i simply think it is very heart/mindcore
GC: especially with how they kind of like have to deal with the player making decisions they dont want and them having to squeeze in some agency to not fuck everything up ever
GC: as for the class im never entirely sure i rethink it every now and then its just how it is. theres some "god forbid the page learn how to write" in there but theyre also kinda royalty coded :lipbite:
GC: rotates her in my head rotates her in my head. susie is a tool of the narrative to break the pre-established rules of the game (the party's "roles" for instance, with her learning healing spells (you go girl) and allowing her/ralsei to ACT), and esp as a distraction from kris as we've entered Susie Mode like every chapter. she is SO fucking breath
GC: the thing thats fucking me up tho is that. like. shes *very* knight coded she Saves noelle and protects kris BUT the way the story uses her is very much without her involvement. like she just gravitates towards detachment and change (like john) and it happens to be very convenient i think?
GC: hes a little funny.

GC: i think hes pretty voidcoded with the way he already struggles with not being as successful as the other addisons, and how he rose to fame by communicating with [gif of a ghost] It Is A Mystery
GC: not to mention like after the Incident. his speech is jumbled up and he's being prevented from saying *something* and as a result sounds completely unintelligible
GC: everyone forgets about him instantly, ralsei tries to convince you he doesnt "mean anything"
GC: hes a keeper of something fucked up/dangerous that would fuck up The Game so they silence him
